At the time of booking the cost of the first night is payable as a non refundable deposit with the balance payable on arrival. Where reservations are made with less than 5 days to the arrival date the whole amount is payable. In the event of a 'no show' or a cancellation within 5 days of the arrival date the whole amount is payable.
